I symphathize with your plight in regards to a criminal garage, but what is Ford's obligation to you in regards to repairing a 30 yr old car? Try to get the same support with your computer, appliances, children's toys, and I think you will be even more dissappointed. Why do people expect so much out of car companies, but will settle for and expect so much less from others?
