Jagman and Adrian Hudson
We have a deposition by a lady who say this charming outfit: Jagman Pty ripped her off , verbally
abused her, denied they owed her anything, caused enormous trouble to
her and was persuaded by Workplace Relations to pay money that was
found to be owing - thereby proving that they were lying and remiss and
eventually was found by Workplace Relations to be owing still
more money to this lady.
Representations by Workplace Relations (as it then was) were of no
effect. Hudson wouldn't even respond to WR, far less pay what he owed.
So Workplace Relations provided a 'Small Claims Kit' which put together
a Small Claims Court Claim for monies owing, documenting all that
happened and describing why and how.
This claim was put to the Court by this lady and the Court found for her.
The Court found that Adrian Hudson owed this money and ordered him to pay.
He has paid nothing, said nothing, done nothing, to this day. All of
this was months ago. The unpaid work was done nearly two years ago.
Investigation - search of Court Records, available to anyone - reveals
that this man, Adrian Hudson, has five Court judgements against him at
the least and owes some $100,000 and at the time we searched was
apparently making no effort whatever to pay.
He and his wife run a cleaning business and this lady worked for them
as a cleaner. They did not pay the correct amount and, of course, as I
say, still have not done so to this day.
|This lady says they were in the habit, at the time she worked for
them, of employing itinerants, especially foreigners -
backpackers and such - and failing to pay them the correct amount, or
failing to pay them at the appointed time, so's the backpackers had not
time left to wait around and had to leave town without their money.
They'd also work them for a short period and then summarily
dismiss them.
